Will I spend a lot of money on food ?

NO! All plans are built to be affordable to any one! One of the best things about our plans, is the meal plans can save you money in the end!

Can we meet in person ?

If location and time permits, yes !

How do we get started, what should I expect ?

An initial consultation is required to get started. Simple fitness and lifestyle questions is all we need to know to create a plan that aligns with your goals!

Can we meet before I get started to see if I like you ?

Yes! We can do phone calls or virtual meetings for the consultation. Or if location permits, meet in person.

How much time will I need to dedicate per day ?

Depending on goals and timelines, the most time you will need to dedicate is 45-60 mins per day.

How long does it take ?

A Consult : 30 mins.

Are there programs for dietary restrictions (vegan, kosher, keto, etc). ?

Yes! Simply list/describe any dietary restrictions and a meal plan will be built accordingly.

Are payment plans available ?

Yes and No, the meal plans will consist of foods you enjoy. Any foods you can't eat due to taste, preference or allergies will be changed to meet your needs/goals.

Do you take insurance ?

no.

Do you work only with the military and former military?

No, we work with people from various backgrounds. But we specialize in helping those trying to keep up with the unique demands of switching back and forth between military and civilian life. That said, we can work with anyone struggling to achieve their fitness goals while also seeking work/life balance.
